Short breaks / long weekends may be available but only between October through till March. Please ask for details.
For some years now we have managed to hold our prices at pre-2020 levels but unfortunately, we have had to make increases for 2024 & 2025 and we apologise for this, but costs for just about everything continue to increase dramatically right across the board.

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required for each week booked. Deposits for Hogmanay / short breaks are by arrangement only. A booking is only firm once we receive a deposit. Once the deposit has been paid, confirmation of the booking will be made, normally by email. It is the Hirers responsibility to ensure that the final balance is paid one month before occupancy of the chalet. If the balance is not received, we reserve the right to re-let the chalet without notice being given. Payment can be made by either cheque or via internet banking. Paypal may also accepted but by arrangement only and providing the hirer covers the charge made by Paypal. Confirmation of receipt of any type of payment will normally be made by e-mail.
Please note: the chalet is strctly non-smoking which includes vaping or 'E' cigartettes.
Pets (of any size or type) are not allowed in the chalet. No candles are allowed in the chalet.
The accomodation caters for up to 4 guests. A damage assurance payment of £100, which must be paid separately, is required to cover breakages, other damage or loss, or if the chalet is left in such a condition that additional cleaning is required. There will be a period of up to 7 days after your stay to ascertain if there has been any breakage, loss, damage or additional cleaning rquired after which the assurance payment will be refunded..
The weekly hire period is Saturday to Saturday. Short break hire is by arrangement only. Occupancy of the chalet is from 16:00 hrs on the first day of hire and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the last day of hire. Duvets and pillows are provided. The hirer should either bring their own bed linen and towels or these can be supplied upon request at an additional cost of £15. On vacating the chalet, please leave it in the condition you would expect to find it. A full range of cleaning equipment and materials are supplied for your use.
Electricity is provided via a meter which takes £1 coins.
Fire escapes are clearly marked.
If hired during the months of October through till March, on your arrival at the chalet the water may need to be turned on and then turned off when you leave. Don't worry, this is easy to do and we will give you full advice about this.
